Happy Halloween Booneville Human Development Girls!

SEA has recently embraced a circle of seven special needs girls who hold a special place in our hearts, especially during the festive seasons that might not always shine brightly for them. While direct interaction with these lovely girls isn't possible due to legal and medical precautions, SEA ensures the Halloween spirit is very much alive with spooky baskets brimming with treats, toys, Halloween-themed movies, costumes, and other enchanting goodies. These baskets aren't just about giving; they're a token of recognition and joy, reminding these girls that they are cherished and celebrated. SEA is committed to shining a light on those who may be overlooked or sidelined in our society and is honored to be a beacon of positivity in the lives of these wonderful girls this Halloween.

Compass Cold Storage Facility Celebrates Grand Opening in Mulberry, AR

Mulberry, Arkansas witnessed a momentous occasion with the grand opening of the Compass Cold Storage facility. This state-of-the-art cold storage facility marks the first phase of Doug's Produce's ambitious plans to establish three cold storage buildings in the area. Working closely with the prime contractor, TiCold, SEA played a vital role in ensuring safety assessments, inspections, and audits were conducted on a weekly basis.

Recognizing the importance of adhering to safety protocols, TiCold entrusted SEA with the responsibility of conducting regular safety inspections. Community in Action

Recently, a tornado caused significant damage in a community, leaving many people in need of assistance. SEA gratefully volunteered and stepped in to provide help in the form of packing home items for an individual. A group of lawyers from Wright, Lindsey, and Jennings has also joined in to lend a hand. It is heartening to see such acts of kindness during times of crisis. It is important to acknowledge the hard work of all the responders and volunteers who have come forward to make a difference. In particular, a special thank you goes out to TAG Church for providing food to both the victims and the volunteers. The generosity of these individuals and organizations is truly inspiring, and their actions remind us of the importance of coming together to support one another during times of need.

Happy Easter Booneville Human Development Girls!

SEA has recently adopted a group of special needs girls (seven to be exact) who are incredibly loving and caring but tend to get overlooked during the holidays. While SEA is unable to personally spend time with these girls due to legal and medical reasons, the organization is always ready with holiday gift baskets filled with treats, toys, movies, clothes, and other goodies. The gift baskets are a small way to show these girls that they are loved and appreciated and to bring some joy and cheer to their holiday season. SEA understands the importance of supporting and advocating for those who may be overlooked or marginalized in our communities and is proud to be making a positive impact in the lives of these special girls.

SEA Managers Retreat 2022

The Managers Professional Development Retreat organized by SEA in December 2022 was a resounding success. The Bentonville, Arkansas event provided an opportunity for managers to focus on their professional development in a relaxed and collaborative setting. The retreat covered a range of topics such as leadership skills, effective communication, and team-building strategies. Participants also enjoyed great dining experiences, with delicious meals served throughout the retreat. Top Golf was also a highlight of the event, with attendees engaging in friendly but competitive competitions, which provided a lot of laughter but mainly an excellent opportunity for team bonding. Overall, the Retreat was a fantastic opportunity to learn and network while having a great time. We are very thankful to our guest speakers Hannah Headlee from Flypaper Marketing and Nick Kruse from Legget & Platt for their presentations.
